I was referred to Dr. Caldwell by a friend after being unhappy with my previous dentist. He is very personable, but... also great with dental work. He explains options and costs, but doesn't push unnecessary work and will work strategically with you to break up appointments (i.e. end of December and beginning of January). Mary Jane is such a fabulous hygienist - friendly and efficient. I have bad teeth, which has resulted in several root canals over the years. Dr. Caldwell's been great with the process and capping them. I'd recommend this office to anyone.read more

Our family has been going to Dr. John Caldwell for dental services since 1982. He and his staff have always been... gentle and thorough with our whole family's dental care. Courtney is my hygienist and she is very quick & gentle. Mary & Aline are also great hygienists. They always follow up after any serious dental work to see if we are managing all right and if we have any pain. I would highly recommend using their services. Dr. Caldwell is such a gentle dentist. I would recommend if you have children needing dental care, he's the dentist to go to. All said, you should go to this dental practice. It will be an experience you've never had anywhere else.read more

12 out of 10 ! There is not enough stars to give when talking about this place. Absolutely everyone makes you feel... welcomed and comfortable. I get major anxiety thinking of dentists but they are phenomenal here. I used to avoid teeth cleanings for years, now I don’t have to. No matter where you live, they are worth the drive! Dr. Caldwell and his staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and caring. They have always worked hard at making me... feel comfortable, which has gone a long way to calm the anxiety I have always felt around dental visits. My appointment usually ends up feeling like I’ve had a meet up with friends rather than just being another patient in their day. I am writing a review on my recent experience @ Mount Royal Dental Centre. Getting your teeth cleaned is on the same... path as having a root canal...not much fun. But today's teeth cleaning experience has changed me forever. Great place, very honest people and hard to find people with level of integrity towards there work. They clean my teeth... once and finished.
